Journalists' employment-expense allowance restricted to gross annual income not exceeding €93,510

Article 5 of the 2019 Finance Act amends Article 81, 1° of the General Tax Code: the exemption of the pay of journalists, editors, photographers, newspaper directors and drama and music critics, up to €7,650 per year, now applies only to people whose gross annual income does not exceed €93,510. Entry into force on 1 January 2019.
