Repeal of the national tax on goods transport vehicles (heavy goods vehicle ecotax)

Article 84 of the 2017 finance act repeals Chapter II of Title X of the Customs Code, which established the national tax on goods transport vehicles (HGV ecotax), together with related provisions of the Highway Code, the Transport Code and several acts (2009 finance act, Grenelle I act, act of 28 May 2013). The tax, which had been suspended, was never collected.
