ACCRE exemption extended to business founders in sensitive urban areas and to CLCA recipients
Article 12 of the 2007 Social Security Financing Act adds two categories of beneficiaries to the aid for unemployed business founders and buyers (ACCRE, Article L. 351-24 of the Labour Code): people who set up a business in a sensitive urban area (ZUS) and recipients of the free choice of activity supplement of the early childhood benefit. These founders receive the social contribution exemption attached to ACCRE. The article repeals Article L. 161-1 of the Social Security Code, with transitional rules, and cuts the time for processing applications from two months to one. Article 31 of the same Act provides that the exemption for these new categories is not compensated by the State to social security.
