Creation of a €250 flat-rate advance on the employment bonus when returning to work
Article 3(II) of the 2004 Finance Act creates Article 1665 bis of the General Tax Code: people who take up a job lasting at least six months, starting no earlier than 1 October 2003, after six months without work as job seekers or recipients of the invalidity minimum, AAH, API, RMI, parental education allowance or the full-rate childcare supplement, may claim a €250 flat-rate advance on the employment bonus.
