Income ceiling of the supplementary health insurance aid (ACS) raised to 20% above that of CMU-C
Article 50 of the 2007 Social Security Financing Act raises from 15% to 20% the gap between the income ceiling of the aid for paying for supplementary health insurance (ACS) and that of universal supplementary health coverage (Article L. 863-1 of the Social Security Code), from 1 January 2007. It also provides for ceilings to be rounded to the nearest euro from 1 July 2007. The ceiling was later raised, and the ACS was merged into the solidarity supplementary health coverage on 1 November 2019.
