State aid for supporting young people hired by employer groups into employment

Decree No. 2003-133 of 18 February 2003 creates State aid for employer groups that organise integration and qualification pathways for young people aged 16 to 25 on orientation or qualification contracts. The aid, granted under an agreement with the State, is a flat amount per person supported and per year; an order of the same day sets it at €686 per person supported for a full year. 75% of the forecast amount is paid when the agreement is signed, the balance after the implementation review. It can be combined with the contribution exemptions linked to these contracts.
