Purchase aid for electric vehicles extended until 2004: €3,050, or €3,810 when scrapping an old vehicle

Decree 2002-75 of 17 January 2002 amends Decree 95-697 of 9 May 1995 establishing purchase aid for electric vehicles. The aid is extended to purchases and long-term leases from 1 January 2002 to 31 December 2004 and covers cars, vans and mopeds. It is set at €3,050 for a car or van, €3,810 when the purchase is accompanied by the scrapping of a car or van registered before 1 January 1993 and owned for at least twelve months, and €510 for a moped.
