Measure impact

Flat-rate aid of €4,000 per hectare grubbed up, capped at €280,000 per business (70 ha), within a maximum envelope of €120m. In return: no replanting of the grubbed-up areas and no new planting authorisations for six seasons. Grubbing-up and payment claims by 4 and 5 August 2025.
