Aid for fishing businesses facing higher diesel prices (March-September 2022)
Decree 2022-802 of 12 May 2022 creates a grant for sea-fishing businesses based on their fuel purchases. The order of 23 May 2022 sets the aid at 35 cents per litre bought from 17 to 31 March 2022, then 20 cents per litre from April to July on top of the general 15-cent discount. Decree 2022-1286 and the order of 4 October 2022 extend the aid to 30 September 2022 (10 cents per litre in September, on top of the 25-cent discount) and raise the budget from €27.5 million to €35.5 million.
