€6,000 hiring aid for work-study contracts in 2023

Decree No. 2022-1714 of 29 December 2022 sets at a maximum of €6,000, for the first year of the contract, the aid to employers of apprentices: the single aid for firms with fewer than 250 employees preparing a diploma up to baccalaureate level, and an exceptional aid for apprenticeship contracts signed in 2023 preparing a diploma up to master's level (and for all firms with 250 or more employees, subject to a work-study quota at 31 December 2024). A €6,000 aid is also available for professionalisation contracts signed in 2023 with employees under 30. This replaces the exceptional aid of €5,000 (minor apprentice) and €8,000 (adult apprentice) paid since 2020.
