Hiring aid for disabled workers (AETH)
Decree 2020-1223 creates a State aid, managed by the Services and Payment Agency, for hiring on a permanent contract or a fixed-term contract of at least three months an employee recognised as a disabled worker and paid at most twice the minimum wage, for contracts signed between 1 September 2020 and 28 February 2021. The aid amounts to at most €4,000 per employee over one year, paid at €1,000 per quarter and prorated by working time.
