Extension into 2006 of the employment aid for hotels, cafés and restaurants

Article 160 of the 2006 Finance Act extends until 31 December 2006 the employment aid for the hotel, café and restaurant sector created by Article 10 of Act No. 2004-804 of 9 August 2004, which was due to end on 31 December 2005. Decree No. 2006-706 of 19 June 2006 sets the new per-employee scale and, for self-employed people in the sector, an aid equal to 50% of the minimum annual contribution for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2006. The aid was extended again in 2007.
