Aid for businesses hit by the floods in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais
Decree No. 2024-86 of 7 February 2024 creates aid for businesses in municipalities of the Nord and Pas-de-Calais declared natural disaster areas for the floods of November 2023 and January 2024, and for the inland freight carriers concerned.

Aid equal to 45% of average monthly 2022 turnover, capped at EUR 5,000 per group, for non-agricultural businesses with up to 10 employees and turnover below EUR 2 million, created by 30 November 2022 and having lost at least 50% of turnover over November 2023 - January 2024. Online application to the tax administration within four months of the service opening.
