Support for Martinique businesses affected by the October-November 2024 civil unrest

Decree 2025-776 of 7 August 2025 creates support for October and November 2024 for businesses headquartered in Martinique with fewer than 250 employees that lost at least 50% (October) or 25% (November) of turnover. The aid is 15% of average monthly 2023 turnover for October (between €1,500 and €10,000) and 7.5% for November (between €750 and €5,000), or a flat amount for businesses without a 2023 financial year. It is paid by the tax administration upon application.
