Exceptional €4,000 aid for specialist newsagents

Decree No. 2009-856 of 8 July 2009 creates, for 2009, a one-off exceptional aid of €4,000 for specialist newsagents affiliated to the self-employed social security scheme: kiosk operators, small-surface newsagents (no more than 30 m², at least 50 linear metres of press and €90,000 of press turnover) and other newsagents meeting display, opening-hour and signage conditions. Claims were due before 15 November 2009, a deadline extended to 30 November 2009 by Decree No. 2009-1398 of 16 November 2009.
