One-off €150 aid for non-taxable households heating with oil

Decree No. 2008-49 of 15 January 2008 creates a one-off flat-rate aid of €150 for the period from 10 November 2007 to 31 January 2008, for households not liable to income tax on their 2006 income whose main home is heated with domestic heating oil. Occupants of individual homes must show a purchase or delivery of at least €150 of oil during the period; those in collective buildings, a document showing oil heating. Applications are filed with the tax office before 30 June 2008. Only one aid is paid per home.
