One-off €200 aid for non-taxable households heating with fuel oil

Decree No. 2009-40 of 12 January 2009 creates a flat-rate €200 aid for the period from 1 July 2008 to 31 March 2009 for households not liable to income tax on their 2007 income that heat their main home with domestic fuel oil. Occupants of individual dwellings must show a fuel oil purchase or delivery of at least €200 during the period; occupants of collective buildings must provide proof of the heating method. Claims were filed until 30 April 2009 with the tax office or treasury.
