Decree No. 2005-1626 of 21 December 2005 creates a one-off flat-rate aid of €75 for the period from 1 September to 31 December 2005 for households not liable to income tax on 2004 income whose main residence is heated with domestic fuel oil. Occupants of individual dwellings show a purchase or delivery of at least €75 of fuel oil in the period; those in collective buildings, a certificate of the heating method. The application, one per dwelling, is filed with the local treasury before 1 June 2006.
