Exceptional back-to-school aid of €100 plus €50 per child (September 2022)
Decree 2022-1234 of 14 September 2022 grants an exceptional aid of €100 per household, plus €50 per dependent child, to recipients in June 2022 of the RSA minimum income, the disabled adult allowance, personal housing benefits, the specific solidarity allowance, the old-age minimum (ASPA) and other minimum social benefits. Decree 2022-1232 of the same day grants the same aid to students receiving means-tested grants and to supported students in health and social-care training. The aid is funded by the State and paid by the family allowance funds, MSA, Pôle emploi or the Crous.
