Exceptional solidarity payment to low-income households and young people (November 2020)

Decree 2020-1453 grants a new exceptional solidarity payment to households receiving in September or October 2020 the RSA minimum income, the ASS allowance, the retirement-equivalent allowance or the lump-sum bonus: €150 per household plus €100 per dependent child. Families receiving housing benefits get €100 per child, and under-25s receiving housing benefits get €150 (students excluded unless apprentices or employees).
