Exceptional solidarity payment to the lowest-income households (May 2020)
Decree 2020-519 grants an exceptional solidarity payment, funded by the State and paid by family allowance and agricultural social security funds, to households receiving in April or May 2020 the RSA minimum income, the ASS allowance, the retirement-equivalent allowance or the lump-sum bonus: €150 per household plus €100 per dependent child. Families receiving housing benefits without these minimum incomes get €100 per child. Only one payment is due per household.

A positive amount is revenue or savings for public finances; a negative amount is a cost or lost revenue.
Measure impact
A couple on RSA with two children received €350 (€150 + 2 × €100); a family receiving only housing benefit with two children received €200.
