Aid for fax transmission of daily newspapers printed remotely

Decree No. 2003-28 of 8 January 2003 introduces, for one year, aid for French-language daily newspapers published at least five times a week that send their pages by fax to be printed at centres other than the place of publication. The aid reimburses up to 50% of the related telecommunications costs, within the appropriations of the Prime Minister's services budget; the first reimbursements cover expenses for the first half of 2003.
