Support for fibre connection works on private property
Decree 2025-674 of 18 July 2025 creates a flat-rate aid, managed by the Services and Payment Agency (ASP), for fibre connection works on private property completed between 1 September 2025 and 31 May 2027, where an operator has recorded a failed connection. It targets individuals (detached main residence, subject to income conditions) and businesses with fewer than 10 employees and under €2m turnover, in municipalities listed in the annex and within available funds. The flat amount depends on the scale of works and is set by order.
