Decree No. 2024-748 of 6 July 2024, implementing Act No. 2023-265 of 13 April 2023, sets up the financial aid paid by CNOUS to students enrolled at an institution or site whose location gives no access to low-price catering.

Measure impact
Each year the regional education authority lists the institutions or sites concerned. The aid is granted per academic year; its amount, which may take grant-holder status into account, is set by order of the higher education and budget ministers. It cannot be combined with aid for the same purpose.
