Aid for facsimile transmission of daily newspapers: up to 50% of telecommunications costs refunded

Decree No. 2002-858 of 3 May 2002 establishes, for eighteen months, aid for French-language daily newspapers published at least five times a week that send their pages by facsimile to be printed at one or more centres away from the place of publication. The aid refunds up to 50% of the related telecommunications network and service costs, within the appropriations of the Prime Minister's general services budget. The first refunds cover expenses for the second half of 2001.
