State home-improvement aid in overseas departments aligned on Anah caps and rates

The order of 24 February 2026 amends State aid for home improvement by owner-occupiers in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, La Réunion and Mayotte. The income condition now refers to the "modest" and "very modest" caps of the National Housing Agency (Anah). Home-improvement aid covers 60% of eligible expenditure for modest households and 80% for very modest households, up to a works cap set by the prefect. The order also adjusts other texts on social housing finance overseas.
