Housing benefits: assets above €30,000 taken into account

Article 140 of the Finance Act for 2016 included in the calculation of the personalised housing aid (APL), the family housing allowance and the social housing allowance the capital value of the applicant's assets when it exceeds €30,000. The terms were set by Decree No. 2016-1385 of 12 October 2016. The measure applies to benefits due from 1 October 2016.

Measure impact
