Daily carer's and parental presence allowances aligned with the net minimum wage

Decree No. 2022-88 of 28 January 2022 sets the daily carer's allowance (AJPA) and the daily parental presence allowance (AJPP) at seven times the net hourly minimum wage in force on 1 January of the year, before deduction of CRDS (and CSG for the AJPA), i.e. a single amount regardless of family situation. Payment by half-day is kept. These rules apply to allowances due from 1 January 2022.
