Recognition allowance for former auxiliaries (harkis) raised to EUR 1,830 a year

Article 85 of the 2003 Amending Finance Act raises to EUR 1,830 the recognition allowance created by Article 67 of the 2002 Amending Finance Act for former members of auxiliary units who served in Algeria and their surviving spouses, from 1 January 2004. It extends to 31 December 2004 the deadlines of the housing aid provided by Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Act No. 94-488 of 11 June 1994.
