New replacement allowance for self-employed farmers with a seriously ill or disabled child

The article would create a replacement allowance for farm managers, family helpers, partners and farm collaborators who stop working to care for a child with a particularly serious illness, disability or accident, to fund their replacement on the farm (up to 100 days, renewable in exceptional cases). It would replace the daily parental presence allowance unless replacement cannot be arranged.
