The deductible depreciation cap for passenger cars bought or leased by companies depends on CO2 emissions: €30,000 below 20 g/km, €20,300 between 20 and 60 g/km, €18,300 in the general case and €9,900 above a threshold lowered every year (155 g/km in 2017, 150 in 2018, 140 in 2019, 135 in 2020, 130 from 2021).
