Decree 2025-249 of 19 March 2025 raises from 80% to 90% of the cost of the works the cap on combined public aid for works subsidised by the national housing agency (Anah) (Article R. 321-17 of the Construction and Housing Code) and allows these aids to be combined with the zero-rate eco-loan.
