Housing benefits uprated by 0.3% and solidarity rent reduction ceilings not indexed in 2020
The 2020 Finance Act limits to 0.3% the 1 October 2020 uprating of housing benefit parameters indexed on the rent reference index, and removes for 2020 the inflation indexation of the income ceilings giving entitlement to the solidarity rent reduction (RLS) in social housing.
