Personal housing benefits uprated by only 0.3% on 1 October 2019
By derogation from indexation on the rent reference index (IRL), the uprating on 1 October 2019 of the parameters of the personalised housing benefit (APL), family housing allowance (ALF) and social housing allowance (ALS) is set at 0.3%. The bill provided for the same rule in 2020; that extension was declared unconstitutional (decision no. 2018-777 DC).
