Minimum old-age allowance (ASPA): flat-rate allowance on earned income

Decree 2014-1568 of 22 December 2014 introduces a flat-rate deduction on the earned income taken into account to calculate the solidarity allowance for the elderly (ASPA). The deduction equals 0.9 times the monthly minimum wage for a single person and 1.5 times the monthly minimum wage for a married, civil-union or cohabiting couple.
