ASS: lump-sum return-to-work bonus replaced by three months of full combination with earnings
The 2017 Finance Act abolishes the lump-sum return-to-work bonus for recipients of the specific solidarity allowance (ASS) and treats an ASS recipient who resumes work as having applied for the activity bonus. Decree 2017-826 provides that earnings from the resumed activity are combined in full with the ASS for three months, consecutive or not, within remaining entitlement. In force on 1 September 2017.
