Unemployment insurance: six months worked out of 24 to open or recharge rights
The decree on the unemployment insurance scheme, adopted after social partners failed to agree, raises the minimum contribution period required to open rights to 130 days or 910 hours worked (six months) over the previous 24 months (36 months from age 53), compared with four months over 28 months previously. Recharging rights once exhausted is subject to the same 910-hour or 130-day condition, instead of one month previously.
