Lower rates of the tax supporting retail trade and crafts (TACA) for outlets with low turnover
Article 97 of the 2005 Amending Finance Act amends Article 3 of Act no. 72-657 of 13 July 1972. For retail outlets above 400 m² with turnover below €1,500 per m², the rate of the tax supporting retail trade and crafts falls from €9.38 to €7.50 per m², and from €11.39 to €9.24 per m² for outlets subject to the higher rate (mixed activities). The formulas applying between €1,500 and €12,000 of turnover per m² are recalculated from these new amounts.
