Green car bonus cut for combustion vehicles and refocused on electric and hybrid cars from 1 November 2013

The decree of 30 October 2013 changed the scale of the clean vehicle purchase aid from 1 November 2013. For vehicles emitting 20 g CO2/km or less, the aid fell from €7,000 to €6,300; 21-50 g, from €5,000 to €4,000; 51-60 g, from €4,500 to €4,000; 61-90 g, from €550 to €150; it was removed for 91-105 g. For hybrid electric vehicles emitting 110 g or less, it fell from €4,000 to €3,300, with a €1,650 minimum. Amounts remain capped as a percentage of the vehicle price.
