Job access grant of up to €300 a month for young people in the TRACE programme
Article 142 of the 2002 Finance Act rewrites section III of Article 5 of the 29 July 1998 anti-exclusion act: on an experimental basis from 1 January 2002, young people in the personalised and reinforced job support programme (TRACE), or entering it before 1 January 2003, may receive a State-funded job access grant during periods when they receive neither pay nor benefits. Decree No. 2002-4 of 3 January 2002 sets it at €75 per week without income, up to €300 a month and €900 per six-month period, renewable twice (three times if the programme is extended), by decision of the prefect.
