Early retirement for long careers: more quarters deemed contributed (unemployment, sickness, maternity, disability)
Decree No. 2014-350 of 19 March 2014 widens the quarters deemed contributed for early retirement under the long-career scheme: paid unemployment periods up to four quarters (instead of two), sickness and work-accident periods up to four quarters, all maternity quarters, two disability quarters and extra insurance quarters earned through the personal arduous-work prevention account (Article L. 351-6-1 of the Social Security Code). The same rules apply to the civil servants' scheme.
