Holiday vouchers: income ceilings raised to €16,320 and €3,785 per additional half-share
Article 106 of the 2003 Finance Act raises the reference taxable income ceilings that govern access to holiday vouchers (Article 2 of Ordinance no. 82-283 of 26 March 1982): €16,320 instead of €15,250, plus €3,785 instead of €3,550 per additional half-share, from 1 January 2003. The article stems from identical amendments by Gilles Carrez, Augustin Bonrepaux and Michel Bouvard adopted by the National Assembly on 15 November 2002.
