Higher income ceilings for holiday vouchers and higher exemption limit for meal vouchers

Article 76 of the 2006 Amending Finance Act raises the reference taxable income ceilings giving access to holiday vouchers: €17,492 plus €4,059 per half-share for vouchers acquired in 2007, then €21,865 and €5,074 from 2008, with annual updating afterwards (Article L. 411-4 of the Tourism Code). It sets at €4.98, for meal vouchers acquired in 2007, the income tax exemption limit for the employer's contribution (Article 81, 19° of the General Tax Code), then indexed on the previous year's tax scale.
