Integration-minimum activity income contract (CI-RMA) opened to recipients of ASS and API
Article 54 of the social cohesion programming Act of 18 January 2005 rewrites the integration-minimum activity income contract (CI-RMA), created in 2003 for recipients of the RMI minimum income: it opens it to holders of the specific solidarity allowance (ASS) and the single-parent allowance (API), makes it a fixed-term contract that may be part-time, and sets the aid paid to the employer by the authority paying the allowance at the RMI amount guaranteed to a single person. Paragraphs II and III of Article L. 322-4-15-6 of the Labour Code, on State aid, are repealed. Decrees No. 2005-242 of 17 March 2005 and No. 2005-265 of 24 March 2005 set out the details.
