Measure impact

The CIMR cancels the tax on ordinary 2018 income (salaries, pensions, regular property income) to avoid paying both the tax on 2018 and the withholding tax on 2019. Exceptional 2018 income remains taxed. Estimated cost of €6bn for the State.
