Medical devices safeguard clause: amount Z set at €2.16bn for 2026
Section VII of Article 28 of the 2026 Social Security Financing Act sets at €2.16bn for 2026 the amount Z under Article L. 138-19-8 of the Social Security Code: above this level of reimbursement for medical devices listed outside hospital stay tariffs, manufacturers and distributors owe a safeguard clause contribution.
