Free choice of activity supplement: full rate paid when two part-time supplements are lower
Article 42 of the Act of 27 June 2005 on childminders and foster carers supplements Article L. 531-4 of the Social Security Code: when both parents reduce their working hours and the combined amount of their two part-time free choice of activity supplements (young child benefit) is lower than the full-rate supplement, the full-rate amount is paid.
