Paris gaming clubs: end of the trial and progressive levy with no end date

Article 77 of the 2026 Finance Act ends the experimental status of the gaming clubs authorised in Paris by Article 34 of Act No. 2017-257 of 28 February 2017, by deleting the paragraphs that made them a trial, and removes the '1 January 2018 to 31 December 2027' time limit of the progressive levy on these clubs' gaming revenue created by Article 34 of the 2017 Amending Finance Act.
