Childcare choice supplement (PAJE) extended to families using a micro-nursery

Article 122 of the 2007 Social Security Financing Act supplements Article L. 531-6 of the Social Security Code: by way of derogation, the childcare choice supplement of the early childhood benefit (PAJE) may be paid to families who place their child in a childcare facility whose capacity does not exceed a threshold set by decree. Decree No. 2007-959 of 9 May 2007 (Official Journal of 16 May 2007) covers facilities authorised to receive simultaneously the number of children set by Article R. 2324-47 of the Public Health Code (micro-nurseries) and adjusts the calculation of the aid when several childcare arrangements are combined.
