€210m levy on State revenue in 2027 to compensate départements for the RSA uprating
The amendment establishes, for 2027, a €210 million levy on State revenue compensating départements for the uprating of the flat-rate amount of the earned income supplement (RSA) (Articles L. 262-2 and L. 522-14 of the Social Action and Families Code), allocated according to Article 22 of the amending finance act of 1 December 2022.
